No Longer Drawn to your Showroom
It seems your inventory has been shrinking for months, leaving me unable to find anything I am interested in purchasing. The style options have changed and are now extremely limited. When I do actually find something I like I have trouble finding it in my size.

So this is my first time visiting this site. I've noticed some good and bad reviews. Basically my question is will I be wasting my time and money if I order from here or should I find another site. And if so, can anyone recommend one to me. Thanks
I highly recommend 6pm.com : Brand new and name brand shoes. Prices are great, I always look through the sale shoes and never spend anywhere near $39.95 unless its for some Adidas or something (and usually not more than $40). Shipping is always around 5-6$. I honestly don't understand shoedazzle business model, I tried it once when they were JustFab (they've since merged with each other)- why would you pay 40$ just for the opportunity to spend it on their shoes? Back then I purchased a bag from justfab and the quality was below Steve Madden and polyurethane material. Plus it was extremely difficult/time consuming to cancel

From a girl that loves shopping I repeat: save yourself the trouble. Go on their yelp page take a look at their reviews. They hardly have 2 stars on there. It's for a reason! Take a look at the review I left on their as well. It's under Paola. It's not so much the shoe quality I'm complaining about, its the deceiving lies and horrible customer service. Go take a look at my situation. I wish I never bought shoes from this company. I'm stuck in what seems to be a never ending cycle with this company. :/

I joined Shoedazzle VIP last November and have bought 6 pairs of shoes from them. I HAVE NEVER had a problem with this site. My purchases were of good quality, wear very well, and shipping is fast. I have colleagues who order from this site as well. I question some of the bad reviews for real and wonder if these people are just being extra. I'd say go for it. You'll never know unless you try for yourself. I love them.

How do I know whether the VIP membership was canceled or not?
Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.

If you call the toll free number 1-888-508-1888 and ask them to verify your VIP Membership was canceled they will be able to tell you. Word to the wise... check your bank statement to make sure they didn't charge you, they have a habit of doing that even after you cancel, it happened to me! Have a great day! Janet

This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!

I accidentally enrolled myself in the VIP Elite membership but I didn't want to enroll myself so I was wondering if I cancel will there be a cancelation fee?
In order to benefit from shoe dazzle offer you MUST be a VIP member. Without it you are welcome to purchase their shoes except they will cost you double the price. Yes you made a mistake and you can cancel but not before they run a transaction to your credit card, you have to call back and they will give you a refund which will take 7 to 10 business days. Oh did I mention the shoe order that you had originally placed is not valid! Only if you are a VIP member will you get shoes for $40 so remember before you buy they will charge you they will take the money from your card and they will give it back to you after 10 business days it's not worth it clever scam

So far I haven't had a problem with their material. Shoes are always great but then again we all have our different opinions so I'd suggest you try it for yourself first and see what you think. But for me shoe dazzle is great
